Active codes
| Code | Reward |

Pet Simulator 99 has no public code we can confirm as working. A code page updated on November 1 says no shared code is live, and earlier pages from October said the same. A few trackers now list HACK777, but BIG Games has not announced it in anything we read, so it sits in the unconfirmed table below. We cannot test codes in game, so this is based on what those pages report.
None of the pages we read show a recent public code from BIG Games. Many of the old codes people keep sharing are random-looking strings, and the pages we read point to merchandise as the place real codes come from.
Unconfirmed codes
A couple of code lists still show these as working. Other pages disagree, and the rewards they promise are very valuable, so expect them to fail.
| Code | Reward listed | Why it is unconfirmed |
|---|---|---|
HACK777 |
A Random Gift | Two trackers list it as working in November. One November guide says nobody has confirmed it in game, and another November page says no code is live |

How to redeem a code
The steps below match the most recent pages. The exact menu layout may shift between updates.
- Open Pet Simulator 99 on Roblox.
- Click the Pets button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the shopping cart to open the Exclusive Shop.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Redeem.
- Type the code exactly as printed. Codes are case-sensitive.
- Press the green Redeem button. Enter one code at a time.
Two guides say merch codes must be redeemed on a computer, not on a phone or tablet, so switch devices if you cannot find the button. One November guide also says promo codes only work after about five minutes of play in a session, so wait a few minutes after joining before you try one.
Merch codes
Pages point to physical merchandise as the main real source of codes. These pages say the items sell through stores and the BIG Games shop, and that some sell out quickly. Buying merch is never needed to play, so ask a parent or guardian first.
Do not buy codes from strangers. You have no way to know if one still works.
Preston's Shop and the secret code
Many players search for the "super secret code" in Pet Simulator 99. It belongs to Preston's Shop, which guides place in a tunnel reached through a hole in the wall to the left of Area 35. Talking to Preston asks you for the code. Two guides, one updated on November 1, say nobody has publicly confirmed it. Treat any video that claims to know it with suspicion, and never download files or log in elsewhere to "unlock" it.
Expired codes
Reward details come from one list only, so they may not be exact.

Where new codes are posted
Pages point to BIG Games official channels: the Pet Simulator 99 Roblox page, the BIG Games Pets Roblox community, and the BIG Games Discord, X and YouTube accounts. The Discord announcement and update channels are the ones guides mention most.
Be careful with videos promising a free Huge or Titanic from a code. Never give your password or log in on another site to claim a reward. Real codes only go in the in-game redeem box.
Frequently asked questions
Are there any working Pet Simulator 99 codes?
No public code is confirmed as working right now. HACK777 appears on a few trackers, but BIG Games has not announced it and other pages say no code is live. Real codes mostly come from official merchandise.
How do you redeem a code in Pet Simulator 99?
Click the Pets button, open the Exclusive Shop with the shopping cart, scroll to the bottom and click Redeem. Type the code exactly, because codes are case-sensitive, then press the green Redeem button.
Why can't I redeem a code on mobile?
Two guides say merch codes only work on a computer. If the redeem option does not show up on your phone or tablet, log in on a computer and try there.
What is the secret code at Preston's Shop?
Nobody has publicly confirmed it. Preston's Shop sits near Area 35 and asks for a "super secret code", and guides updated in 2026 still list it as unknown. Ignore videos and sites that ask for your login to reveal it.
Do codes from older Pet Simulator games work in Pet Simulator 99?
One guide says they do not, and we found no page saying otherwise. Each Pet Simulator game handles its own codes, so only use codes made for Pet Simulator 99.
Where do real Pet Simulator 99 codes come from?
Most real codes come with official merchandise, and each one works once on one account. BIG Games posts news on its Discord, X and YouTube accounts and the BIG Games Pets community on Roblox, so check there before you trust any code list.
